Christmas 2010

I haven't even blogged about 2010 and we are 3/4 close to 2011 Christmas. How depressing!!!

Christmas #1 was with the Matula's, and this is the only picture I took(many more were taken but not with my phone ugh!). She had so much fun she crashed as soon as we pulled out of the driveway!

Christmas #2 and #3 were on Christmas Eve. First we went to Houston to Doug and Cookie's. Again Kevin took all the pics on his phone. So, I have none to share. #3 Christmas was at mom and dad's. In the above pic she is wearing her apron she got from mom. Mom made all her grandchildren aprons this year. They are awesome!!!! In the below pic she is tearing into her present from Aunt Ang and Uncle Tom. She loves her cheerleader doll!!!

#4 was our family Chritmas at the house. She is kneeling on her Santa present. It's her own personal little red chair. She loves it!!!!

October, October, October- felt like it was just yesterday!

Grandpa Matula (aka Papa Tula) also celebrated a birthday in October.
He turned 92! We had a great time. I hope he did too!

Kennedy's Birthday Pictures!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I know, I am three months behind but hang in there and I'll catch up!

The birthday theme was "Ladybug Ladybug, oh so sweet!"

October 22nd was her big day.

And, yes I made the cake and cupcakes!! I was very proud of how they turned out! Not bad for someone who isn't much of a creative person.

She hesitated at first but there was no stopping her once she started.

Church Picnic Time!

We're back!!!!! What can I say, I am just a terrible blogger. I can't seem to find longer than 10 minutes at a time to sit at the computer and this always seems to take me longer than that. BUT.... I am not a quiter so, here's the latest!



This is what a day at the Sacred Heart Church Picnic will do to you. She couldn't even let go of her water bottle!! We went home for a nap then rallied for round two!

She had her first picnic lunch and dinner. She loved them both. Here she is eating a french fry that went with pieces of hamburger.

Jennifer and the girls came over for a visit. It was great seeing the girls interact.

Summer, summer, summer time!!!!

We've been busy with friends and family and we love it.


We spent Father's Day weekend with Paul, Veronica and Ari. We went to Lake Bryan and Kennedy had her first boat ride. She loved it. The faster we went the more she slept. Yes, she fell asleep! When the motor would stop she would open her eyes and look around.



Yes, that is Veronica driving! She's the bomb!! Paul wanted to "play" so, Vern drove.

Kennedy loves her Aunt Vern. Here she is feeding her apple juice ice chips. YUM!

Cousin Clay came for a visit. He was so sweet with her.

Kevin put up a swing for her on the porch and she loves it.
